The Fit

Who This Is For

FIT 01

Franchise Systems

One Brand · Many Owners · Many Profiles

Where every location's rating reflects on the whole brand.

FIT 02

Multi-Branch Companies

2+ Locations · One Back Office

Service companies whose review counts vary wildly from branch to branch.

FIT 03

Growing Operations

Acquisitions · New Markets · New Profiles

Every new territory starts at zero reviews unless someone runs the catch-up.

Most of my clients are single-location businesses on my standard Catch Up and Keep Up offer, and it fits them well. A multi-location program is a different kind of engagement: many profiles, many customer lists, one standard for how every location asks and answers, and reporting the whole operation can read at a glance.

Not sure which side fits? Ask me. I will tell you straight.

One Program. Every Location.

The Program

What a Multi-Location Program Includes

Every program is scoped to the operation, but the shape is consistent:

SCOPE OF WORK / MULTI-LOCATION PROGRAM
01
Every location audited first.Phase One

Profile by profile: counts, ratings, recency, and which branches are bleeding.

02
One standard for the ask.Phase Two

How customers get asked, when, and in whose voice, agreed once and applied everywhere.

03
Catch-up campaigns, location by location.Phase Three

Each branch's past customers asked, starting where the audit says it hurts most.

04
Responses handled, every location.Phase Four

Good ones in the brand's voice, critical ones routed to the right manager fast.

05
Reporting the whole operation can read.Phase Five

One page per location plus a rollup: asks, reviews, ratings, trend.

The Work

Run the Way I Run My Own Company

Fenimore-Blythe is my own commercial masonry company. I run its reviews on the same engine every program on this page runs on: every finished job asked, the good ones answered in the company's own voice, the hard ones handed straight to the owner. The shots below are its website, which I also built. I am not selling you a website. I am showing you the company whose reputation I look after first.

The Path

From First Conversation to Every Location Covered

The consultation is a conversation, not a pitch. If it is a fit, you get one written proposal: the audit findings, the rollout order, the program, and the complete price. You approve the standard before a single customer is asked.

FAQ

Questions Operators Ask Me

Every program is quoted for the whole operation. The price depends on the number of locations, the size of each catch-up list, and the coverage level you choose. One written proposal, one complete number, and bundle pricing that beats running each location separately. No packages off a shelf and no surprise line items.

The pilot location is asking within weeks. The full rollout is paced by the audit and lands in your proposal, location by location, with numbers you can see throughout instead of a big reveal at the end.

You do, at every step. Every review lands on your own Google profiles, not in a platform I control, so nothing disappears if we part ways. Your customer lists stay yours, are used only for your program, and are never shared or sold. Spelled out plainly in the agreement.

Same operator, different scale. Catch Up and Keep Up is my pay-per-review offer for single-location businesses, and it stays exactly that simple. A multi-location program covers many profiles and many lists under one standard, one agreement, and one price for the operation.

No. I am based in southeast Wisconsin and run programs for operations nationwide. Everything runs comfortably over calls, email, and text.

Me. I run the audit, set the standard, run the campaigns, and handle the responses and reporting. No agency layers, no account managers, no handoffs.
