Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 24, 2026
1. Overview
These terms govern the review request, review response, and review management services provided by Pages by David ("we", "us", "the Company") to you ("Client", "you").
By signing up for the service, you agree to these terms. The specific details of your engagement are set out in your client agreement.
2. The Offer & Pricing
The service has two parts:
- Catch Up (one-time campaign): free. Setting up your review link and funnel; sending a review request, in your business's name, to the past customers you provide; one follow-up reminder per customer; and responses to the reviews already on your Google Business Profile (4- and 5-star reviews answered in your voice; reviews of 3 stars or below flagged to you to answer personally).
- Keep Up (ongoing): $149 per month, plus $10 per billable review (see Section 6). A review request to your customer when a job is marked complete, plus follow-up reminders; responses to your new 4- and 5-star Google reviews on your behalf by the next business day, with reviews of 3 stars or below forwarded promptly to you to answer personally; monitoring of your profile for new reviews; reporting of reviews that violate Google's content policies for removal, at no charge (we report and pursue eligible reviews; whether a review is removed is Google's decision and is not guaranteed); and a one-page monthly report listing every request sent, every review received, and the exact calculation of your bill.
There is no setup fee and no contract term. You are never charged for a review of 3 stars or below. The $10 review fee applies only to the first 100 billable reviews in each 12-month period of your engagement, measured from your start date; billable reviews beyond 100 in a period carry no review fee for the remainder of that period.
This describes the standard plan. Your signed client agreement states the exact scope, fees, and term of your engagement; where the two differ, your agreement controls. Multi-location and franchise programs are scoped and priced separately by proposal, under their own agreement. Prices may change with 60 days written notice; a price change will not take effect during any minimum term stated in your agreement.
3. Term & Cancellation
The service runs month to month until you stop it. There is no contract term, no minimum commitment, and no cancellation fee on the standard plan. If your signed agreement states a minimum term, that term controls, and canceling before it ends makes the remaining months of the minimum due.
To cancel, send written notice (email to [email protected] or a text to (262) 784-7606 is fine). Your service runs through the close of your current billing month, which your base fee has already paid for, and a final invoice on the 1st of the following month covers only the billable reviews that landed before your cancellation notice. If you return after canceling, a new engagement and a new 12-month period begin.
4. Your Reviews & Your Profile
Every review lands on your own Google Business Profile, which belongs to you. We never take ownership of your profile, and nothing about your reviews sits in a platform of ours that could be switched off.
If you cancel, everything the service produced stays where it is: your reviews, your responses, and your profile remain yours, untouched.
Where the service requires access to your profile (for posting responses), you grant that access for the duration of the engagement, and we relinquish it promptly when the engagement ends.
5. Your Customer List
The customer names and contact details you provide remain your property at all times.
We use them for exactly one purpose: sending review requests and follow-ups on your behalf. We do not sell, rent, share, or reuse your customer list for any other purpose, and we delete it on request when the engagement ends.
6. What Counts as a Billable Review
A billable review is a new 4- or 5-star review, from a real customer, that posts publicly to your Google Business Profile during a month in which the Keep Up service is active. The monthly report lists each one by date so you can check every line against your own profile. The $10 review fee applies to the first 100 billable reviews in each 12-month period of your engagement; billable reviews beyond 100 in a period carry no fee for the remainder of that period, and the count resets at the start of each new period.
The following are never billable: reviews of 3 stars or below; reviews collected during the one-time Catch Up campaign (they are free and do not count toward the 100); reviews that Google removes (credited back if already billed); reviews that posted before your engagement started; and reviews on platforms other than Google unless your agreement says otherwise.
7. Google's Rules & What We Never Do
Reviews only work if they are real. As a hard rule, we never: write reviews, buy reviews, post reviews from accounts that are not your actual customers, offer your customers anything of value in exchange for a review, or screen customers by sentiment so that only happy ones get asked. All of these violate Google's policies and, in the United States, federal law, and any of them can get a business's real reviews removed.
Every request goes to a real customer you actually served, and every customer is free to leave any rating or none at all.
We do not promise any specific number of reviews, rating, ranking, or amount of business. Reviews are decided by your customers, and rankings are decided by Google. We promise the work described in these terms, not a result. The pricing reflects this: you pay only for reviews that actually land.
8. What's Not Included
The following are not included in the standard plan and are either quoted separately or out of scope:
- Website design, rebuilds, or hosting
- Paid ads (Google Ads, Local Service Ads, Meta, and the like)
- SEO services, link building, citations, or content marketing
- Review platforms other than Google (Yelp, Facebook, Angi, and the like)
- Professional photography or video production
- Complex integrations (CRMs, scheduling tools, custom APIs)
- Additional business locations beyond your plan (multi-location programs are quoted by proposal)
If you need any of the above, contact us and we will point you straight or quote it separately.
9. Messages & Consent
Review requests and follow-ups are sent by text message or email, in your business's name, to your customers, using the contact details you provide, whether as a one-time list or through your normal job records.
By providing a customer's contact information, you confirm that the customer is a real customer of your business, that you have an existing business relationship with them, and that you have the consent needed for your business to contact them by text or email. We send a limited number of messages per customer (a request plus follow-up reminders), honor every opt-out immediately, and never message your customers for any other purpose.
We make every reasonable effort to deliver messages promptly, but delivery depends on carriers and providers we do not control, and we do not guarantee delivery of any particular message.
10. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed through a secure payment processor. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
- Setup and the Catch Up campaign are free. Your first charge happens when your service begins: a prorated base fee covering the rest of that calendar month. After that, your card on file is billed on the 1st of each month for that month's $149 base fee plus $10 review fees for the billable reviews that landed the previous month, itemized on the invoice and in your monthly report.
- If your service ends, a final invoice on the 1st of the following month covers only the review fees from your last month of service.
- Review fees apply only to the first 100 billable reviews in each 12-month period of your engagement (see Section 6).
- If a billed review is later removed by Google, it is credited against your next bill.
- Invoices not paid within 7 days may incur a $25 late fee, and the service may pause until the balance is resolved.
- If your signed agreement states a minimum term and you cancel before it ends, the remaining months of the minimum become due on our receipt of your cancellation notice and are charged to the card on file.
- Payments are non-refundable, except as stated in the Guarantees section below.
11. Guarantees
- $0 up front. Setup and the Catch Up campaign are free, and nothing is billed before the service is running. Review fees are only ever billed after the reviews have actually posted.
- Pay per result. Review fees exist only for new 4- and 5-star Google reviews that actually posted, at $10 each, with every one itemized in your report, and only for the first 100 billable reviews in each 12-month period.
- Responsiveness. Your 4- and 5-star Google reviews are answered on your behalf by the next business day, and reviews of 3 stars or below are forwarded promptly to you so you can respond personally.
- Standard plan has no strings. Month to month, no minimum, no cancellation fee. Any minimum term that applies to your engagement is stated in your signed agreement, never hidden.
12. Content & Acceptable Use
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information and customer information you provide.
We reserve the right to decline to send any message, or respond to any review, in a way that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise harmful, and to end an engagement that asks us to violate Google's policies or these terms.
13. Portfolio & Testimonial Rights
We may reference your business and aggregate results (such as review counts and ratings, which are already public on Google) in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies unless you opt out in writing.
We never publish your customer list or any customer's contact information.
14. Support & Response Times
Support requests are handled by the end of the next business day (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Your 4- and 5-star Google reviews are answered on your behalf by the next business day; reviews of 3 stars or below are forwarded to you to answer personally.
We are not available for emergency support outside business hours. Anything that comes in overnight or on a weekend is addressed on the next business day.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms with 60 days written notice.
Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance.
