Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 16, 2026

1. Overview

These terms govern the website, Google Business Profile management, local SEO, and hosting services provided by Pages by David ("we", "us", "the Company") to you ("Client", "you").

By signing up for the service, you agree to these terms. The specific details of your engagement are set out in your client agreement.

2. The Offer & Pricing

The service has two parts:

  • Get Found (one-time setup): $497. Building or rebuilding your website (mobile, fast, click-to-call, service pages, an embedded map, and the technical setup that helps Google understand your business), claiming and optimizing your Google Business Profile, cleaning up your business name, address, and phone across the major directories, and setting up your review system.
  • Stay Found (monthly service): $197 per month. Review requests to the customers you provide plus a follow-up; responses to your Google reviews by the next business day and answers to new profile questions; at least four Google posts and four fresh photos per month; keeping your profile details current; monitoring and correcting incorrect "suggested edits" and spam; ongoing checks of your listings across the major directories with a full re-audit each quarter; light ongoing improvements to your site; site edits handled by the end of the next business day; hosting and security; and a one-page monthly report.

Anything outside this scope is quoted separately based on scope. Prices may change with 60 days written notice.

3. Term & Cancellation

Stay Found is month to month. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.

To cancel, send written notice (email to [email protected] is fine) and your service ends at the close of your current billing month.

4. Website & Code Ownership

The website is built and hosted by us as part of your plan. We retain ownership of the website code, templates, and design system, which are used across multiple client sites.

You own at all times: your domain, logo, brand assets, photos (including any stock photos licensed for your use), the written content about your business, and your customer data (form submissions, contact information).

If you cancel, the site is taken offline and we provide your content and assets (copy, photos, logos, customer data, and any other content authored about your business). The website code itself stays with us.

5. Domain Ownership

Your domain is always yours. We will never hold a domain hostage.

If we register a domain on your behalf, it is registered in your name and transferred to you on request at no charge.

You are responsible for domain renewal fees.

6. What Counts as an "Edit"

An edit is a text change, photo swap, service update, phone or email change, gallery update, small layout adjustment, or review and testimonial addition. Edits are handled by the end of the next business day.

An edit is not a full redesign, a new page or section, a layout overhaul, new functionality, paid ads, a blog or content program, professional photography, a complex integration, logo or branding work, or anything outside your plan's scope. These are quoted separately based on scope.

7. Google Business Profile & Local SEO

As part of Stay Found, we actively manage your Google Business Profile (posts, photos, details, questions, and defense against incorrect "suggested edits" and spam) and keep your business listings consistent across the major directories.

We do not promise any specific ranking, position, amount of traffic, call volume, or number of reviews. Rankings are determined by Google using factors no one controls, including how far you are from the person searching. We promise the work described in these terms, not a result. Your monthly report shows the work we did and Google's own performance numbers, shown exactly as Google reports them.

Off-page work beyond keeping your listings consistent, such as link building, paid citations, or content marketing, is not included.

8. What's Not Included

The following are not included and are either quoted separately or sourced from third parties:

  • Paid ads (Google Ads, Local Service Ads, Meta, and the like)
  • Link building, paid citations, or content marketing
  • Blog writing or ongoing content production
  • Professional photography or video production
  • Complex integrations (CRMs, scheduling tools, custom APIs)
  • Logo design or brand identity work
  • Additional websites or business locations beyond your plan
  • E-commerce, online booking, or payment processing beyond standard contact and click-to-call
  • Third-party costs: domain registration, Google Workspace, email tools

9. Hosting & Uptime

Your site is hosted on reliable, secure infrastructure with SSL encryption and a global content delivery network.

We make every reasonable effort to keep your site online and resolve issues promptly.

We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Brief downtime may occur during updates or due to circumstances beyond our control. Pages by David is not liable for lost revenue or business due to downtime.

10. Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed through a secure payment processor. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
  • The one-time Get Found fee is due after you approve your preview and before your site launches.
  • Monthly Stay Found payments are billed on the same date each month.
  • Invoices not paid within 7 days may incur a $25 late fee.
  • If payment is not received within the 7-day grace period, your site may be taken offline until the balance is resolved.
  • Payments are non-refundable, except as stated in the Guarantees section below.

11. Guarantees

  • Preview first. We build a preview of your site before you owe anything. You pay only if you are happy with it.
  • Foundation in 30 days. If your Google Business Profile and listings are not claimed, optimized, and made consistent within 30 days of our receiving what we need from you, your one-time setup fee is refunded.
  • Responsiveness. Every Google review is answered by the next business day, and edits are handled by the end of the next business day.
  • No long contract. Stay Found is month to month, with no minimum and no cancellation fee.

12. Content & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for the content on your website.

We reserve the right to refuse to publish content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful.

We may remove content that violates these terms without prior notice.

13. Portfolio & Testimonial Rights

We may display your website in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies unless you opt out in writing.

This includes screenshots, descriptions, and links to your live site.

14. Support & Response Times

Site edits and support requests are handled by the end of the next business day (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Google reviews are answered by the next business day.

We are not available for emergency support outside business hours. If your site goes down overnight or on a weekend, we will address it on the next business day.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms with 60 days written notice.

Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance.
