The Fit

Who This Is For

FIT 01

Professional Practices

Law · Medical · Dental · Financial

Fields where the first impression happens online, before anyone calls.

FIT 02

Established Companies

Track Record · Team · Body of Work

Firms with a story a five page site cannot hold.

FIT 03

Larger Trades Operations

Commercial · Multi-Crew · Bigger Bids

Where GCs and property managers vet you before you hear about the job.

Most of my clients are small local service businesses, and my standard Get Found and Stay Found offer fits them well. A custom engagement is a different kind of project: deeper scope, its own design, and a care plan sized to match.

Not sure which side fits? Ask me. I will tell you straight.

No Theme. No Page Builder.

The Build

What a Custom Engagement Includes

Every engagement is scoped to the firm, but the shape is consistent:

SCOPE OF WORK / CUSTOM ENGAGEMENT
01
Discovery that goes deeper than a questionnaire.Phase One

Your services, your market, your proof, and why clients choose you.

02
A design that exists nowhere else.Phase Two

Every section drawn for your firm, built in clean, fast code.

03
The full depth of your firm, in pages.Phase Three

Every service, project, and practice area with a page of its own.

04
A search foundation built in, not bolted on.Phase Four

Structured data, clean architecture, copy written around what clients search for.

05
Launch handled end to end.Phase Five

Domain, hosting, redirects, analytics, testing. Nothing goes live until you sign off.

The Work

Built the Way I Would Build Yours

Fenimore-Blythe is my own commercial masonry company. When it needed a site that could carry commercial work, I built it the way I build every engagement on this page: from scratch, around the firm and its work.

The Path

From First Conversation to Launch

The consultation is a conversation, not a pitch. If it is a fit, you get one written proposal: the scope, the timeline, the care plan, and the complete price. You approve the design before anything ships.

FAQ

Questions Firms Ask Me

Every engagement is quoted individually. The price depends on the size of the build: how many practice areas or services, how much content needs writing, and the care plan. One written proposal, one complete number. No packages and no surprise line items.

Weeks, not days and not quarters. The real timeline depends on scope and lands in your proposal, with progress you can see throughout instead of a big reveal at the end.

You do. Once the build is paid for, the site is yours: the pages, the designs, the content, and your domain, always registered in your name. The general purpose tooling I use across projects stays mine, with a permanent license to use it. Spelled out plainly in the agreement.

Same builder, different scale. Get Found and Stay Found is my productized offer for small local businesses. A custom engagement is scoped to one firm: its own design, its own page architecture, and a care plan to match.

No. I am based in southeast Wisconsin and build for firms nationwide. Every engagement runs comfortably over calls, email, and text.

Me. I run the discovery, design the site, build it, and care for it after launch. No agency layers, no account managers, no handoffs.
